Description
This is an overall fine original pressing copy of the Residents' George & James, the first of the group's "American Composer Series," released in 1984. The two composers whose music is given a Residents-style makeover on this release are George Gershwin and James Brown. The jacket has light corner and seam wear (EX+). The disc has a few small/hairline scratches, and scuffing on both sides, and plays with some light crackling audible during quieter passages (VG+).
I am in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their sleeves. The sleeves have been stored in plastic sleeves. Many records were purchased new. Most were played just 1-2 times and taped. I have play graded all discs except where otherwise noted, and have tried to err on the side of caution when imperfections are apparent.
