Notes:  Limited edition of 4500 copies.  Sent only to Fan Club members through the mail.  Includes all inserts, buttons and even the original envelope it arrived in.  Extremely rare fan club-only release from 23 years ago.  Cool Mission of Burma cover on the b-side!
