This is the very rare first R.E.M. single released by the band themselves before they signed to IRS!! This is the 2nd pressing with the address on the label.

This little single is very clean. There are NO SCRATCHES anywhere. The vinyl plays very well and my guess is this has been played only a few times. I've owned it since the mid 80s and I bought it from a collector in Atlanta, GA who maybe played it a couple of times. I myself transferred it to tape and have only played the vinyl 3 or 4 times. My point is that this is CLEAN!! The cover is great condition with no seam splits or rips.

I grade all my vinyl visually and needle drop on some of the discs. I garantee all the vinyl 100% and will refund cost of vinyl minus shipping as long as it is returned to me in the condition that it was sent in. I use the Goldmine standard for grading, which basically goes:

NM is my highest rating for unsealed records. Vinyl is clean with no or minimal (sometimes evident in pressings) visual marks.

VG+ means there are some light marks that play through fine or have very minimal sound.

VG is a bit more visually scuffed, but still playing enjoyably.

VG- has visual marks and they are audible, though there are no skips and the vinyl is still pleasurable.

G and lower: I usually don't list stuff like this unless it's really rare MONO pressings or something similar.
