I bought this from the original owner in 1988 and it's been in my collection since and only played a few times EVER!!!!!  Oh yeah, it's been in a plastic sleeve it's entire life as he was a record collector too.  The record itself is MINT with no wear or marks or anything.  It's perfect.  The sleeve is PERFECT as you can see with no creases or ribs or dings or stains or anything.  This is MINT!!!!  It's the nicest one I've ever seen on E-Bay!!!!
