Description
Selling my collection of Classic Records 45 RPM reissues. All of these records have been played only 2-3 times since new on a high quality Linn LP12 or similar turntable. All records are M- unless otherwise noted. Great sound!
This is a 45 RPM single sided 9 LP set of RCA LSC-6065 Royal Ballet / Ansermet. Quiex 200 gram vinyl. The records are all NM. The main cover has some marks on the back - VG++. Box looks very nice. Very rare in this format. Original postcard and sticker included.
Please note that side 6 in this set was mislabelled as The Nutcracker when it is actually Swan Lake (as listed on the back cover). As far as I know this error was on all of them.
Unlike the 33 RPM version of these records, Classic Records did NOT include the booklet in the gatefold jacket. Another flaw with this set as isued by Classic is that the label for side 6 incorrectly states it is selections from “The Nutcracker” while it really contains the excerpts frwan Lake” as listed on the back of the gatefold jacket. Only side A of each LP is pressed. Side B is b Unlike the 33 RPM version of these records, Classic Records did NOT include the booklet in the gatefold jacket.
