In the original outer sleeve which also has an inner sleeve. The sleeve shows light storage marks. (Regarding the side with the double face ... the face on the right looks like it may have a tear - it does not - that is part of the cover art)

The record itself looks very good. A few very tiny, very light, hairline scratches. Shiny finish. The only thing I see are a few little spots of white dust which would probably clean off if you knew how to clean it properly. (See last photo below) I don't own a record player so I cannot play the record and I don't know how to clean it.

On the WANNA DANCE side there is, written in ink "-090" above the words, NEGOTIABLE MUSIC.

I believe Larry Lazar was known as THE LONE ROCKER. I found one reference to another record of his which apparently really rocks!
