Description
RARE 1940's Vogue Picture Record Set "Study in Blue"
by "The Hour of Charm" All Girl Orchestra under the direction of Phil Spitalny. R725 & R725 78 RPM Picture Record.
R725 includes "Rhapsody in Blue Part 1, George Gershwin" with dual women pianists on this side, and on reverse is a woman playing a violin with vitage images of men and women "Alice Blue Gown, McCarthy-Tierney"
R726 in cludes "Rhapsody in Blue Part II, George Gershwin" also with dual women pianists on this side, and on reverse is "Blue Skies, Irving Berlin" with woman holding her hand and being shaded by the wun with flower branches next to her.
This rare 2 record set includes box which is in excellent condition, and includes tabs for two records.
There is no writing on anything, no cracks, no chips and appears to have no visible scratches and even appears to have been barely played. I am not a record collector but fell in love with this set at an estate sale.
