bought from Jazz Record Center's NYC shop in the early 90s (ebay jazz seller too)

Label: Progressive Records (PLP 1001, DG, MONO, w/ orig rice sleeve)
Vinyl: VG++ ~ M- (excellent, bright and clean, few hairy surface/sleeve wears; hard to find such beautiful condition for this obscure label)
Jacket: VG+ ~ VG++ (laminated front, 1" split in mid of top and title seam; corner wears and rubbings, )
