Description

Ralph Willis, Old Home Blues/Salty Dog (Esquire 10-380).

Singer/guitarist with the only issued sides from his October 3, 1951 session. Originally issued on Prestige 919, but here in the probably scarcer early-’50s UK release on Esquire. As far as I can determine, no copy of this issue has been advertised on eBay in the past decade.

E-. A few unimportant marks (nap) on Old Home. Long but shallow scratch (nap) on Salty Dog. Plays closer to E.
