Description

Here's an interesting DJ copy 45 by Al de Lory, released on the Phil Spector, Danny Davis label "Phi-Dan" which was a subsidiary of Spector's Philles Records. The single is "Yesterday" b/w "Traffic Jam" (Phi-Dan 5006). What makes this record so interesting is that it includes an original sticker from Danny Davis himself. He was a music promoter who went by the nickname Danny D. (the sticker has a picture of Danny with the words "Danny D. Thanx Thee!"). He's the "Chubby Danny D." from the single, "Why Don't They Let Us Fall in Love" by Veronica Spector (Phil Spector 2).

The A-side of this single is an instrumental cover of the Paul McCartney classic, (technically not a Lennon-McCartney number, more of a solo record released under The Beatles name).

This record is in EX+ condition.
