The rarest German Beatles EP from 1964 in great condition

The record is graded as Near Mint/Mint. Heavy and shiny vinyl ! NOT the typical scratched copy !  NO scratches. The record is 100% flat and plays without  skips or sticks. Superb condition.

The cover is in EX condition. Only light marks from aging and usage (please see attached pictures) but NO hand writings,  tears or split. Great spine. No major faults. 

The labels are free from any unwanted hand writing or sticker. Graded as Mint-.
