Especially with the sticker on the front label, and in this condition.

Record Condition: Sleeve EX / Vinyl Vg/Ex.
Just hairline scratches under bright light
Side 1 Label has persons name in small handwriting (See Pics) possibly the name of the person to receive the demo copy?
Will be mailed in professional hardened mailers none of this old Rice Crispies cartons stuck together with 15 year old sellotape nonsense.
