Offered for sale is the extremely RARE Beatles 1963 Vee Jay 498 single!!! As you can see, this is the correct spelling label with oval label which is arguably as rare as the "Beattles" release.....highly coveted by collectors and difficult to find in this condition... the vinyl is amazing to be 54 years old, glossy and with very little noticeable scuffs. Plays perfectly! ...the trail off area has the stamped "audio matrix" and "MR" in the circle...authentic and original and of course! NOTE: The label on the PPM side has had a previous owner's two initials in the yellow/orange rainbow area, less than 1", of the PPM side painted over. See the close up pic I have included. ...it is not a defense to ask about the painted section AFTER you bid or before asking any additional questions...smudges here and there on black label as seen in pics. AMW side has minor wear as seen in pics... the red Vee Jay title sleeve is original, but there is a small piece of paper missing in two places and a bottom seam split. Again, see the pics to judge condition for yourself... Typically, one sees this record on ebay for sale from $2500 to $6000...Wax is perfectly level..no chips or cracks...5 day auction..NO RESERVE, so highest bidder over $.99 cents WINS!! good luck!
