You are bidding on The Ramones 1977 "Rocket To Russia" album (US release - Sire Records SR 6042) AUTOGRAPHED by the late Joey Ramone, the late Dee Dee Ramone and Richi "Beau" Ramone of The Ramones! Joey and Dee Dee were two of the original members of the band. Richi replaced Marky Ramone in 1983 and was their drummer for four years.

In March, 1983, while I was working at a punk rock radio station in Philadelphia, three members of The Ramones stopped by the station to record an interview before heading to the Ripley Music Hall in Philadelphia for a concert. I brought in my "Rocket To Russia" LP and got Joey, Dee Dee and Richi Beau to sign it. It's been in my collection for 23 years, and now it's time for a Ramones fan to get it! By the way, the show at The Ripley that night was AMAZING! Since I was the one who got them to sign the LP, I can 100% vouch for the authenticity of the autographs.

The album cover has a Warner Brothers "PROMOTIONAL COPY" sticker on the front and is in VG++ condition.

The autographs are located on the inner sleeve of the record. The inner sleeve is split on all sides, though not completely. The left side is split almost the entire length, the bottom has a 3" split, and the right side has a 4" split. The autographs are in perfect shape with no smears, smudges or fading.

The record is in VG condition with a pen mark on the label of side 1, a pen mark on side 2 and a china marker mark in the trail-off area of side 2, which does not affect play. The LP would have been in VG++ condition, except for the fact that when Joey signed the inner sleeve, the record was still in it!! So you can see Joey's signature imprinted into Side 1 between tracks 3 and 5 that definitely affects play.
