All parcels are send from Belgium. We send our parcels out with normal airmail priority around the world.
We are not responsable for parcels lost/damaged in the postal services.
We do our best to send out your ordered items the day we receive the payment,
after that it is up to the postal services to do the rest.
We can offer you additional protection for you order by sending the items with registered mail :
this additional service costs an extra €5 on the total amount.
For parcels with more expensive content, we recommand sending them with insured value. This service is not available to all countries. In that case we can always send the parcel with EMS, they accept almost to any country with insured value.
