Slip is the 1993 debut album from post-hardcore legends Quicksand. It's often considered a milestone in the genre, thanks to its unique mix of metal and alt-punk tropes - but we'd contend it also has something to do with the Smiths cover found therein, a gritty and lurky version of 'How Soon Is Now?' This reissue contains a gold foil embossed slipcase, a poster, rare photos, flyers, and commentary from various musicians and label owners - amounting to something much more than just a simple album reissue, but rather a whole scene retrospective, catalysed by a single project.
