ITEM DETAILS
Queens of the Stone Age – Self Titled LP on Man's Ruin Records (MR-151). Original 1998 Pressing. Comes with a sticker as shown in the picture.
Super Rare original 1st pressing on green vinyl.
Only 300 made in this colour. This is NOT a re-issue copy. This is the real deal.
The vinyl has the following matrix numbers:

CONDITION
Vinyl is in Mint condition with no visible marks or scratches. Sleeve also in Mint condition with no tears or creases. I only played this once. It's in the same condition as the day it was bought from the shop.
The vinyl comes in a gatefold sleeve and the only marks on the sleeve are where the sleeve folds, as you would expect. This record is in near perfect condition, with the cover having no scratches or bent corners and the vinyl having no surface scratches or flaws of any kind. You won't find a nicer copy.
NOTES
The vinyl edition of this album was pressed by Man's Ruin Records. 3000 copies were made in the one-time pressing, with 2500 black, 300 GREEN, and 200 on yellow, all with a Gatefold sleeve and the classic Kozik motorcycle girl on the cover.
This (black, green, and yellow) original vinyl pressing sold out completely within three days of its initial release so it’s nearly impossible to find now.

On 08-Feb-09 at 11:57:11 GMT, seller added the following information:I've been informed by an ebay member that the actual pressing numbers are as follows (2500 black) (302 yellow/orange) (198 green) 3000 total first press and the band pressed 198 blue as 2nd press.
So this is one of 198 pressed on this colour and not 300 as I originally thought!
After some messages from ebay members I will further state that this record is an original, genuine pressing from 1998 and it is NOT a fake or bootleg pressing. The winning bidder will not be disappointed! I can guarantee them this.
