Private original issue Herman Schey Mahler Mengelberg
Rare private issue. limited edition. First official issue of the 1939 radio recording of baritone Herman Schey singing Mahler's Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen with the concertgebouw orchestra and Willem Mengelberg. An unique Mahler/Mengelberg document! Other recordings on the lp are songs by Carl Loewe and Hugo Wolf, Felix de Nobel, piano. originally these other recordings were studio recording made for the radio. Schey is famous for singing with Mengelberg (mahler, bach matheus passion), the lp comes with text sleeve.

Grading:
- M: never used. I don't use this grade unless the record is sealed
- NM: No visible or audible faults
- EX: Record has clearly been used, but has no major audible faults, some non sounding marks possible, maybe some dirt or light surface noise (especially on older mono record, surface noise is quite normal).
- VG: Light audible faults, ticks or surface noise
- G: scratches, etc. I don't sell record in this condition, unless they are very special and collectible.
