Limited U.K. pressing of "Purple Rain"(short version) backed with "God"(vocal version) on a shaped picture disc of Prince on his motorcycle from the cover of the "Purple Rain" album. I was(and still am) a hardcore Prince collector and I worked for the Record Factory chain in Northern California in the 80's and bought every Prince related item that came out. I'm scaling back on my collection a bit and this is an item I can let go of since I have the song on so many formats as it is. I have never played it. It was just such a cool piece I had to have it, y'know? Anyway, I'm sure, as with most pic discs, that there is going to be some surface noise once you play it, but why would you? it's cool just the way it is.
