Description
Their awesome follow up to the criminally unnoticed 'SF Sorrow' album. It's a later 70's pressing still in the shrinkwrap in beautiful EX++ top shelf condition. Although losing drummer, Twink to The Pink Fairies and guitarist, Dick Taylor to pursue producing Hawkwind in 1969, The Pretty Things picked up the pieces and composed some of the best melodic rock songs of 1970. Maybe in an alternate universe, Paul McCartney quit the Beatles, joined The Pretty Things, and recorded this fantastic selection of post psychedelic perfection. The gatefold cover is nicely preserved in it's original shrinkwrap and all corners and seams are strong and straight, while the vinyl is a strong EX+ and shows little evidence of ever being handled. Although The Pretty Things received well deserved good reviews for this album, their sales did not reflect this and once again changed the line-up, bringing in Stuart Brooks from Leaf Hound in time for their next album, 'Freeway madness'.
