Bear in mind that picture discs do not have the high fidelity playback that regular vinyl does. Picture discs are primarily meant for display purposes. Vinyl grading is mostly considered for aesthetic (visual) purposes, rather than playback.

The description of the record is as follows:   Unplayed, no wear, has a few light marks, excellent for display. On the picture side, a portion of the vinyl did not press correctly, and the vinyl has a mottled texture. No doubt it would affect playback in a major way, but it is almost invisible, and will not affect display at all. This is a pressing defect, and was not figured in the grading. Limited edition promotion-only picture disc, given out in low numbers in advance of the main release of the boxed set. Comes from an amateur private collection, not a store.
