Description
This is an original 1967 demonstration (promo) copy of Pink Floyd’s debut single. The labels read “Not For Sale,” and that famous Columbia “A” stands out on side one. Collectors often search high and low for this iconic piece of music history. If you’re into rare Floyd items, this one might tempt you.
I sourced this record from the estate of a retired DJ in the United Kingdom, I'll be selling a few other Pink Floyd demo records. It’s a conversation starter for any Pink Floyd fan.
Condition (Good-)
•Vinyl: Shows surface scratches, plus some scuffs. There’s handwriting on the flip side (because someone apparently wanted to leave their mark). Playback is decent, but you’ll pick up some noise now and again.
•Sleeve: Light ring wear, mild creasing, and a bit of edge wear. The artwork still looks fine for its age. Check photos for a closer look.
Shipping & Packaging
I will pack it in a dedicated record mailer with pads to avoid shipping nightmares. I provide tracking and ship within my stated handling time.
Returns
Sold as-is. I do my best to show and describe everything accurately. Check the photos, and feel free to ask questions before buying. No buyer’s remorse returns, please.
Note to Buyers
This is a rare chance to own Pink Floyd’s earliest promo single. Don’t say I didn’t warn you when someone else snaps it up. Thanks for viewing, and message me if you have questions!
