Rare original A&M Records test pressing of Peter Frampton’s iconic Frampton Comes Alive!, catalog number SP-6505 DBX Features the original A&M blank test pressing label with “PITMAN” printed on the center label, indicating it was pressed at A&M’s Pitman, New Jersey pressing facility.

This is the DBX Encoded audiophile edition — cut directly from the original master tapes and pressed on Virgin Vinyl for superior sound quality. DBX encoding delivers dramatically reduced surface noise and expanded dynamic range. The disc is fully compatible with standard stereo setups, but truly shines when played through a DBX disc decoder for reference-quality playback.
