SUPER RARE RYAN ADAMS SINGLE!!!Check him out in his pre-altcountry days in the legendary PATTY DUKE SYNDROME.  This was his first band and the record was released in the early 90's...as seen on AnsweringBell.com.  This is on yellow clear vinyl, brand new, NEVER PLAYED!!!  Comes with all original inserts and comb.
