For sale is this Ultra rare Parish Hall self Titled Pysch/Power rock stonker of an LP from 1970. This awesome album is now starting to get the recognition it deserves and is exceptionally hard to find in any condition, let alone as good as this copy. This is the original US Fantasy pressing 8398.

Don't be put of by the pastoral introspective sleeve or band name, this is no navel gazing folky Christian singer/songwriter LP (nothing wrong with that if that's your thing...) but a pounding revved up heavy Blues burner with some great guitar work. This Superb San Franciscan Power Trio Only Recorded One Album, which Stands as One of the Best of Its Kind. Rooted in Blues, Its Snappy, Self-penned Songs Display a Clear Acid Rock Influence, Whilst Avoiding Excess of Any Sort. Though it was Released in Europe and Even Australia in 1970, it Sank Without Trace, Spelling the End for the Band, Though their Reputation Has Been Growing Ever Since.

About The Record

The outer sleeve is in generally VG+++/excellent condition. There is a crease to the top left hand corner and a sticker mark as shown in the photos. There is a small punch hole above the Fantasy8398. The spine is in VG+++condition with no a crease at both ends but no rips. There are acouple of signs the start of very light ring-wear.

The vinyl is in excellent condition. It has been stored upright in a anti-static sleeve. There are no scuff marks and only 1 very faint hairline scratch on the last track of side 1 which does not affect play (and I'm uber critical about scratches). Otherwise it's clean with a good gloss still. A great one for the collection!
