record is mint & appears unplayed. Jacket has crease near top edge o/w NM All inserts and cardboard inner are mint.   Identical to discogs release r642029. Issued in a special edition die-cut sleeve with silver print; a sticker on the front states: 'Choose Your Own Front Cover 12 Different sleeves inside ILPS 8041 524 165-1'
A large aperture at the front and 6 reversible artwork inserts allow a choice of 12 different sleeve designs.
