Description

This is a EX / VERY GOOD copy of this much sought after UK LP by THE KINKS - "FACE TO FACE", released in 1966 on the PYE RECORDS - NPL 18149 in MONO. This is one of those wonderful classic mid sixties that have become heralded as shining examples of the 'pop'art form. Whilst the Beatles were 'conquering the world', Ray Davies was creating his own world through his visions of life in England. This is a superb LP and one that stands up against anything at the time. This copy has a sleeve where the laminated front cover with it's wonderfully colourful 'Art' cover is in fine shape.The white card back is marked, but this is cleanable if you so wish. The vinyl is a mixed bag. Side 1 plays fine, but has some noise in the quiet bits. The second side is where we have to grade VG only. There are visible surface marks that are audible, but the record still plays AND THERE ARE NO JUMPS OR CLICKS. This is an OK copy which looks fine and plays OK and will do until you find the mint one we all desire.
