Original 1963 lp on Blue Beat (BBLP 802) Prince Buster – I Feel The Spirit. Scarce original first pressing of this great Prince Buster lp.Classic set and just so scarce.Hardly ever turns up for sale.Tracks are I Feel The Spirit,Madness,Don’t Make Me Cry,They Got To Come,All Alone,Wash Your Troubles Away,Jealous,Black Head Chinaman,Beggars,Are No Choosers,Run Man Run,Just You and not forgetting the killer instrumental cut ‘Soul Of Africa’. Essential item for all Buster fans.The lp is vg with several feelable surface marks but plays well.Just some crackle in some passages and an occasional light pop but no skips.Does look a bit rough under strong light but it’s a great heavy pressing which helps.The jacket is vg+ with no major problems.One inch top and bottom seam split at jacket mouth.One inch centre bottom seam split.Half centimetre tear on jacket mouth. Small amount of writing on jacket rear.General light wear. Not mint but this is a scarce lp and it’s almost impossible to find a mint copy in fact I doubt if there is a mint copy of this lp in existence! Record vg.Sleeve vg+.
