THE COVER HAS SOME AVERAGE SHELF WEAR , THERE`S A SMALL LOWER LEFT CORNER CREASE , THERE`S AN UPPER SEAM SEAM SPLIT , AND THERE`S SOME LIGHT BROWN COFFEE STAINS ON THE TOP FRONT AREA , BEING THE FLAWS TO REPORT. on lots of eBay lister`s record grading : I`ve been on eBay since October 1998 , and if there's one thing I've learned from having many winning bids as a buyer is that “OVER GRADING” runs rampant. There`s too many people listing records on eBay that are blind in one eye and can`t see very well out of there other eye when it comes to grading a record. A lot of times “NEAR MINT” has come to mean "looks great from 6 feet away". "LOOKS GREAT" probably means it`s only in VG+ condition , and most all other grades has come to mean “probably belongs at a flea market”. MY GRADING IS VERY STRICT. I have been selling records for over 25 years now and I know how to properly grade a : cover / record. I visually grade a record by gently cleaning off all the dust and dirt and then hold it close at several different angles under a 100 watt light. And I do the same for the cover. It`s a real simple thing to do and I sure wish all eBay record sellers would do the same !
