Description

For sale by original owner, this is a unique death metal artifact from the heat of the thrash metal era... a Combat/Important test pressing of POSSESSED's unholy classic debut LP, Seven Churches.

Vinyl was pressed by The Music Connection in New York, and includes hand-written matrix information on the A-side along with the date 7/10/85. An accompanying two-sided Xerox in excellent condition includes a typewritten label (from the vinyl master) containing matrix info MX-8024 and song titles including "Twisted Minds," "Holly Hell" [sic]," and of course "Death Metal"

This is an exceedingly rare piece, only a couple dozen exist. You could make the case that this is the only death metal LP to predate Seven Churches itself! Best of luck, and please write with any questions.
