Porcupine Tree "Transmission IV – Moonloop EP" UK Delerium DELEC LP 999 (black colored vinyl)
This fourth and final Transmission PT information service release (only available to subscribers) contains a complete improvisation from 1994, part of which was used as the basis for The Sky Moves Sideways era track "Moonloop".

The vinyl is nice and shiny, on side one there are faint markings that look like dots arranged in a geometrical pattern. I vacuum cleaned the surface and the marks didn't go away entirely. These marks do not make any sounds at all, even during quiet parts of the EP.
The unique plastic translucent jacket is in EX condition. The vinyl is placed in a paper/plastic sleeve within the plastic jacket.
