Description
Public Image Limited - Metal Box - outer tin is tarnished from storage since November 1979 !! Inside has faired much better - album is complete with A5 insert AND original lyric sheet. I remember playing this when I bought it from the Virgin Megastore in Newcastle on release day and found it disappointing until my friend told me it played at 45 rpm !! It has been stored since then in a crate in my garage so it should go to a good home.
"Public Image Ltd...John Lydon.Keith Levene.Wobble.Jeannette Lee.Dave Crowe..." were the members of PIL at the time of the release. However, Jeannette Lee and Dave Crowe as non-musical band members are not featured on the record.
Packaged in a 12" film can-style metal box. Includes an A5 size sheet with tracklist and line-up.
Side B ends with a locked groove which repeats the last few seconds of "Swan Lake" endlessly until the needle is lifted from the record.
Edition of 50,000 copies (plus an extra 10,000 for export).
I only charge for postage (which is getting a bit costly) All items are carefully packaged
