Ca. 90 selected sound LPs plus several label-catalogues with ca. 450 pages in my current auctions – outstanding conditions ! Of each LP most likely not more than 1.000 to 2.000 copies were pressed, most of them were sold to radio / TV stations worldwide. (Nearly) all LPs in my auctions are from the private archive of a „Super 8 Film“ enthusiast. The LPs have been played only a few times ( a lot look unplayed ), the owner used to tape them soon on a REVOX machine or a tape deck. I decided to sell some of the records as packages and some as single LPs. There are more library LPs in my auctions ( e.g. Golden Ring ), altogether I offer ca. 110 library LPs ! Ca. 90 selected sound LPs plus diverse Label-Kataloge mit ca. 450 Seiten in meinen Auktionen – TOP Zustände ! Die Auflage der LPs soll nicht höher als 1.000 bis 2.000 Stück pro Titel gewesen sein, die meisten davon wurden weltweit an Radio- & Fernsehsender verkauft. Die von mir angebotenen Platten stammen (fast) alle aus dem Privat-Archiv eines Super-8-Film Enthusiasten. Die LPs wurden nur einige Male abgespielt ( viele sehen ungespielt aus ), sie wurden rasch auf Tapedeck o. REVOX-Bandmaschine überspielt. Einige der LPs biete ich einzeln an, andere habe ich zu Paketen zusammengestellt. Weitere library-LPs in meinen Auktionen ( z.B. Golden Ring ), insgesamt sind ca. 110 library-LPs im Angebot ! Original German pressing from 1974 on GOLDEN RING RECORDS, S 5061-12. One of the most unique of all Thomas-albums ( .. and of all library albums in general ). Side 1 is on “ Grotesque, Cartoon, Children”, there are some nice synths with funny rhythms plus some weirder stuff, but this is all still in the bounds of expectation. This starts to change already on side one's last track, wich has a woobly plucked wah bass, dope beat, a funky beat guitar groove and a rawest lead fuzz-guitar & lead-synth. Side 2 then has it all: the subject is “Imagination & Experimental Film – Progresssive Jazz-Rock, modern sounds in varying rhythms & arrangements, electronic effects“. If you listen to the tripped out stuff included on this side this description can only be called a “charming understatement” par exellence. Wicked dope beats, tons of spacy synth sounds, psychedelic fuzz-guitars, overblown flute, echo-effects and more. On these tracks Thomas also gets as close as possible to some of the more experimental Krautrock- or Cosmic Krautfusion-acts like CAN, Agitation Free/Malesh, Moira/Crazy Countdown, early Guru Guru a.o.

Zustand ( Platte / Cover ) : mint- / mint- Alle GOLDEN RING LPs habe ich professionell gereinigt und mit einer neuen Innenhülle versehen. Alle LPs habe ich angehört (meist ganz, manchmal in Ausschnitten) und sie kommen in einer Schutzhülle.

Grading & Cleaning:

• all GOLDEN RING LPs have been cleaned on my professional HANNL record cleaning machine and have been stored in a new pro innersleeve. All records are placed in a PVC protection-sleeve

• I playgraded the records (completely or at least in parts) on my Rega Planar 9, Moving Coil cartridge by EINSTEIN:TU-3 Super Fine Line

• I also visually graded the record in daylight, in normal artificial light & under a strong halogen lamp

• only an unplayed record is mint, the highest grading for a used record is mint- ! My basic gradings are: mint – ex – vg
