PETER BARDENS The Answer RARE ORIG VERVE FORECAST PROMO LP '70 camel them psychfolk, nm lp, vg+ cover, dj sticker on back.
ARTIST: Peter Bardens TITLE: The Answer (1970) LABEL: Verve Forecast (FTS-3088)
CONDITION: (NM/VG+) Record looks and plays excellent. The sleeve is in great shape overall with some rubbing to edges and spine and paper loss from price tag near the "DJ" sticker on back (see pictures). The paper almost looks like it is part of the black and white clouds in photograph, its only upon close inspection you realize its actually paper loss. NOTES: White Label Promo! Peter Bardens played on Them first album Here Comes The Night (1965) and in the UK Prog band Camel from the start 1971 through 1978. Here you have a very brief background of the type of keyboards Bardens plays. With The Answer you hear Bardens as band leader and takes creative control and the answer is electifying! He is backed by Bruce Thomas (veteran UK bass player; see Stiff Records) and Reg Isidore (Drummer and another veteran of the UK progressive rock scene).

Vinyl grading is usually based on the Goldmine standard and is as follows:
“SS” Still Sealed – For the collector that demands nothing but perfection.
“M” Mint - a near perfect, or unplayed record.
“NM” Near Mint - in factory fresh condition, like new.
EX+ - close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play. Will satisfy all but the most vain and demanding collector.
EX - a used, reasonable copy. Shows slight signs of wear.
VG+ - There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility a few skuffs and/or light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
VG - significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise,still plays great.
Good - In the record world, "Good" is not good! From here on down, we're talking about beat-up records!
