Description

Per Elvis - Only the Lonely
Sonet SXP-4027  Sweden 1960
Sleeve : Very Good
Vinyl   : Very Good

Per Granberg (1941-1980) was a Norwegian rock & roll singer, best known under his stage name, Per Elvis. Granberg was named "Oslo's Rock King" in 1958, but was defeated by Swedish Little Gerhard, Norwegian Per Hartvig and Danish James during the Nordic Championship at Jordal Amfi in Oslo the same year. He made a comeback in the 1970s with several albums for the Philips record company before he died of cancer in 1980.

Original Swedish EP on BLUE vinyl with white promotional labels, containing Only the Lonely / My Bonnie / When will I be Loved / Tell Laura I Love Her. Both sleeve and vinyl graded Very Good; the sleeve has some loss of lamination on the back - the vinyl has a few minor marks which do not interfare with the playing.
