On offer here is a very rare double LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Pentangle called "Sweet Child" and is an ORIGINAL UK 1968 1st pressing on the 1st Press 'Textured' Transatlantic labels!!!  THIS DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS EASILY PENTANGLES RAREST EVER LP AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION AND CLEARLY HASNT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1968 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'TEXTURED' TRANSATLANTIC LABELS, 1ST PRESS 'PATENT APPLIED FOR' DIE-CUT INNER SLEEVES, AND 1ST PRESS GATEFOLD LAMINATED FLIPBACK COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! The Cat. No is TRA 178 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Textured' Transatlantic label (see picture) and is a 1968 Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels (see pictures) are in AWESOME condition with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THESE RECORDS HAVENT BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and Side 1 has NO scratches, NO hairlines, 1 long (but NON sounding) scuffline, 1 TINY and MEGA light scuffline, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  Side 2 has NO scratches, only 1 absolutely TINY hairline, only 1 MEGA light scuffline, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  Sides 3 & 4 have NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 2 or 3 MEGA light wispy scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORDS STILL RETAIN THEIR ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is great to find that the records play as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops (apart from a very VERY few VERY light pops from the TINY hairline on Side 2), NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!! The only other thing to mention is that these records have 1 TINY watermark on the VERY edge of Side 2 and 2 TINY watermarks at the VERY edge of Side 4.  These are 100% GUARANTEED from manufacture - and barely affect the play AT ALL (apart from some VERY minor background sound at the VERY beginning of  the 1st track on these sides ONLY - with the rest of the records playing SILENTLY!)!!!!  These records must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The records also come in their ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeves!!!!  The 1st Press Gatefold Laminated Flipback Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), VERY shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, NO rubbing, and barely ANY yellowing AT ALL!!!!  The cover must grade Excellent(Minus) if not FULL Excellent!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
