Vinyl: VG+.  Played only a handful of times.   Cover: VG+.  One bent corner, but looks new otherwise.   Inner Sleeve: VG+.  Record was not stored in sleeve.  Small bent corner, but looks new otherwise.

I just realized that I put 1991 as the release date in the product description, but the first US vinyl pressing was in 1994. This is that first pressing. Sorry for any confusion.
