PAUL McCARTNEY VENUS AND MARS B/W SAME...This is NOT a PROMO but a test pressing of this record. There are no company logos anywhere or mention of them. All it says at the header is the copyright symbol 1975 McCartney Music, Inc. At the bottom "Available only to technical and other authorized personnel for the limited purposes of testing and review. NOT TO BE PUBLICLY PERFORMED, REPRODUCED OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTED." Matrix numbers S-45-92103-A-J-6 and is machine stamped MASTERED BY CAPITOL , side two (same cut different mix or master) PRO-8261-H-1 and in very light handwriting in the dead wax clearly says LUCK with someone's name that is hard to make out. If you are either a BEATLES or McCARTNEY fan this is really a must have! Only one side is sampled but both are essentially the same. The handwritten PAUL MCCARTNEY name was added later handwritten in blue ink.
Played on a Technics SL-Q202 turntable with a Stanton Cartridge. And transferred via IMPORT/HOTWIRE software to MP3 format for audio clips. Foreign buyers please wait for adjusted shipping rates.
