On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Parlour Band called 'Is A Friend' and is a 1972 Stereo 1st pressing!!!! THIS IS WITHOUT DOUBT ONE OF THE RAREST UK PRESSED LPS - AND IS AN ABSOLUTE MUSICAL GEM!!!! YOU ARE VERY VERY UNLIKELY TO EVER SEE ANOTHER COPY OF THIS SUPER RARE LP!!!! IT REALLY IS SUPER RARE SO DONT MISS OUT!!!! YOU SURELY WONT GET ANOTHER CHANCE!!!! This LP is very VERY underated and rarely IF EVER seen!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK 1st pressing from 1972 and is in GREAT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is SDL 10 on the ORIGINAL Deram label (see picture) and is a stereo 1st pressing!!!! It is very VERY rare to find any ORIGINAL copies of this LP. They rarely, if ever turn up at all - let alone in this condition!!!! DONT MISS OUT!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Parlour Band at their best!!!! Any fan of The Parlour Band, or 60s/70s music in general, will want to have this in their collection - especially in this condition!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!! Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is not and although it does have a few hairlines and a couple of obvious scuff marks the record still plays brilliantly and retains ALL of its original gloss and shine!!!! THE RECORD STILL HAS A 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! In fact the record SHINES like a mirror and is as BLACK as the night!!!! It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!! It plays with only a VERY few clicks/pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO distortion, and most importantly NO CRACKLE AT ALL!!!! The music is INCREDIBLY clear and undistorted!!!! AND LETS FACE IT - WHEN WILL YOU EVER FIND ANOTHER UK PRESSING OF THIS MEGA RARE LP!!!! This is how I FOUND the record, and I have NOT used any nasty chemicals, or buffing machines to make it look better - it GENIUNELY is this STUNNING!!!! There is NO groovewear either and NO distortion. The record must grade visually Very Good(Minus) - and plays brilliantly!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record still has its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!! The Gatefold Cover is in GREAT condition for its age!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO rips, NO staining, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are RAZOR straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in GREAT condition with NO writing, NO ringwear, NO yellowing, and NO grubbyness!!!! The only fault to the cover is a small area of what looks like tippex (?) on the left hand INSIDE gatefold of the cover (see pictures). Luckily it is on the WHITE part of the INSIDE gatefold and is not immediately obvious. The cover must grade Very Good (Minus) if not better (with only the fault mentioned above stopping it making a higher grade)!!!! LETS FACE THE FACTS - WHEN WILL YOU EVER SEE ANOTHER COPY OF THIS LP AGAIN!!!! IT IS MASSIVELY RARE!!!! DONT MISS OUT!!!!
