Description

Another treasure I have been holding onto! Time to sell it. This is a scarce Paramount blues record sleeve. With pictures of Paramount artists on front: Ida Cox, Alberta Hunter, Norfolk Jazz Quartet, Edmonia Henderson, Lovie Austin, and of course--Ma Rainey! Back side has a partial discography for different Paramount artists. Condition I would say is very good, but not perfect--obviously. Has a small wear hole at lower right (scanned) and a 2 1/2" open seam at upper right corner. A couple of other small places here and there and the usual wrinkles and record impression. Actually a very good specimen that would frame nicely or hold that special record. These are more scarce than the records themselves. Hope this goes to a good home--it's special. Buyer pays postage.
