Records - VG++ to NM condition with a minor hairline or 2 on one of the lp's.
Sleeve - is VG+ with corner bumps and sign of ring wear starting to show. comes with original inner sleeves. inner sleeves are vg+ condition with bent corners and normal wear. dont think any seams are split. 
All around a real decent copy.
