Record Label: Sun Record Company Artist: Elvis Presley w/ Scotty & Bill Record No.: 209 Duration: Single Record Size: 10" Type: 78RPM Tracks: - Blue Moon of Kentucky - That's All Right Condition: Some minor scratches on both sides of the record. Label has only minor wear in the very center and is vibrant in color with no fading to the yellow or brown. Does not include the original sleeve. From a smoke free environment. For items with a final bid price over $100.00 we ship VIA UPS Only. Packages will be shipped via UPS if the size and weight restrictions for USPS cannot be satisfied. Please provide your physical address in order to receive your item promptly.
Brokerage Fees: Please check www.UPS.com for Brokerage fees to your country prior to bidding as these will not be included in the shipping price.

Calculating Shipping Costs:
Please use the shipping calculator at the bottom of this page to determine the shipping charges. The estimate you receive includes a flat rate fee of $4.95 to cover the cost of packaging materials and handling. Combined shipping is available. If you win multiple items, the combined shipping rule is: the actual cost of shipping the combined items together plus the handling charges from each auction.
Shipping Method:
We ship VIA FedEx Only. eBay does not provide a FedEx shipping calculator so we can only provide the UPS calculator shown below. FedEx and UPS rates are comparable so there should not be a discrepancy in shipping costs. Please provide your physical address in order to receive your item promptly as FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping Speed:
Our office is opened Tuesday through Saturday. Orders paid on Sunday and Monday will be shipped no earlier then Tuesday. All other orders will be shipped within 1-3 weekdays after payment is received.
Insurance:
Insurance is required on all auctions over $100.00. Insurance is included for the first $100 of items shipped via FedEx. Although we package items carefully, we can not be responsible for damage caused during shipment if you do not choose to insure the package.
Shipment Tracking:
We will e-mail the tracking number for your item immediately upon shipment. You will be able to track the arrival of your package on the FedEx website.
Local Pickups:
Items must be paid for in advance and within 7 days of the auction ending. We accept PayPal or cash in person. We do NOT accept personal checks for in-store pickups. All local pickups are subject to VA Sales Tax of 5%. There is a $4.95 handling fee on this item for in-store pickups. Items can be picked up Tuesday-Saturday from 9AM to 5PM. Please Contact Us to schedule your pickup.

Required Check Out:
All winning bidders must choose the Pay Now button to either pay via PayPal or to submit your shipping address and notification of payment method. All winning bidders will receive an Invoice via email. Payment or payment notification must be made within 7 days of the auction close. Unpaid auctions will be forfeited after 14 days and a non-payment notice will be filed with eBay. Please include your Auction number and mailing address in all forms of payment.
Sales Tax:
All bidders from VA will be charged 5% sales tax. If you are picking up your item and do not live in VA, your item will be subject to 5% VA sales tax.
Returns:
We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. If you have any questions, please email us at trading@ezauctioning.com before you place your bid.
All items are sold as-is. We accept returns only if the item was not as described in the auction. Returns must be made within 10 days of auction close. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping and handling is not refunded in any case.
Insurance Claims:
We pack your items carefully for shipment but on occasion items are delivered damaged. Please Contact Us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods so that we may start the claims process for you.
