Orig.Mid 80's JAMAICAN SOUND SYSTEM DUBPLATE (10") featuring early digi roots from The Jayes. (KING TUBBY THE DUBMASTER)
Track 1 - International News - The Jayes - Wicked very early digi roots selection. Plays VG- & even better with distilled water on surface whilst playing. NO SOUND NAME CALLED. Does not stick or jump.
Track 2 - Only A Smile - The Jayes - Wicked cut to Paragons Treasure Isle rocksteady. Plays VG & even better with distilled water sprayed on surface whilst playing. Does not stick or jump. NO SOUND NAME CALLED.
Track 3 - Daddy Marcus - Bigga T, Tiger & The Jayes - plays strong at VG- & VG with distilled water on surface. No sticking or jumping. NO SOUND NAME CALLED.
Track 4 - Version. Plays VG- improving to VG with distilled water sprayed on surface whilst playing. NO SOUND NAME CALLED. Doesn't stick or jump.
EXCLUSIVE Dubplate business from the mid 80's in very nice original condition for collectors.
N.B No jumping or sticking to any tune on this dubplate.

GRADING:
MINT = unplayed ex-shop stock.
EX = almost mint except for possible light usage,or marking on label.No marks on vinyl.
VG = minimal marks,no reduction in sound quality at all.
VG- =very clean sound quality,but marks to vinyl and possible light scratches.(this is by far the most common condition of my records and proves wholly satisfactory to customers).
G+/VG- = more than acceptable playing condition,label likely to be worn or marked.
G+ = noisy-but music still appreciable.
G/G- = rough condition,noisy,could be scratched or have hiss but of great interest for historical content.
OTHER ABBREVIATIONS USED;
BLANK = original first pressing of tune given to sound system operators to play before the record was given a label and made available in the shops for the general public.
LD = label damage.
CD = Cover Damage(applicable to LP’s).
Please note: most records i sell are ex sound system copies and often have sound man markings on the labels.
