Grading policy: I grade visually and try to grade honestly and conservatively.
NM would be like a brand new record that has been unwrapped. No obvious flaws on either cover or vinyl. VG+ would be a very well taken care of record. Cover may have minor wear for its age, a bumped corner, etc. Vinyl may have light scuffs from taking it in and out of sleeve but no scratches. VG cover would still be nice but may have seem splits or leftover sticker/residue and more age wear. Vinyl may have scuffs and/or light scratches that should still have minimal impact on play.
