"PROMOTION-Not For Sale" sticker on front cover. "ROUGH MIX PROMOTIONAL PRESSING - NOT FOR SALE" text at bottom of front cover titles sheet.
VINYL is NM/EX
The Vinyl playing surfaces both sides are NEAR MINT. Blank dark brown labels have added penciled "1", "one" on side one - and "2" on side two; and a few light spindle trails at center.

COVER is VG+
Blank white cover stock and "Promotion-Not For Sale" sticker show light soil, ageing, as does some of the clear tape around the Titles sheet. Titles sheet itself is exceptionally clean though has a few hard to see, light green lines highlighting some text. No other writing, no creases or splits.

MEGA RARE Original 1978 "ROUGH MIX" Promotion Only SELF-RELEASED album! ...finally saw official release (in slightly different form) in 2014, as "Teenage Sex Therapist".
Owen Maercks privately pressed 300 copies of this LP back in 1978 in an attempt to interest a major label in releasing it, without success. Various allusions to it turned up over the years in various Henry Kaiser discographies and was given an unexpected tribute, pictured (with alterations) inside the gatefold cover of Kaiser’s 1981 “ALOHA” Double LP.

...a truly amazing and thoroughly original achievement that should not have taken 36 years to see an official release!
Littered with discordance, power, and an overall bizarro quality this record is definitely ahead of its time. ... the only thing I can possibly compare it to is R. Stevie Moore's PHONOGRAPHY.
One of the biggest surprises I found in this collection (which I generally knew very well, as it accumulated - previous owner was my best friend and accomplice in musical adventures of all kinds).
I have no idea where he ever got this, but it dawns on me that he knew Henry Kaiser as far back as grade school (Robert Louis Stevenson school for boys in the forested Pebble Beach, California).
However it came to be, this is your extremely rare opportunity to own this LP.
