Up for auction is one great find, a Soundstream Reference 1000S !This amp has a few scratches and knicks on it, I would rate it an 7\10. Its in great condition for an amp that has a decade of use on it. Soundstream advertised these amps as having the ability to outperform any other amplifier in the world! This is truely Soundstream at their best and these amps are still to this day high priced and sought after. The list of features goes on and on. Built in HP/LP xovers, LSE.Q, selectable Balanced/Unbalanced inputs, and a bullet proof output stage to name only a few.
These really need no introduction. Power output is as follows with only 12 volts, and the power supply is unregulated so expect a good deal more in a real world application....
200 watts rms x 2 @ 4 ohms
400 watts rms x 2 @ 2ohm
500 watts rms x 2 @ 1ohm
500 watts rms x 2 @ 1/2 ohm
800 watts rms x 1 @ 4 ohms bridged
1000 watts rms x 1 @ 2 ohms bridged
1000 watts rms x 1 @ 1ohm bridged
These amps offer the best of both worlds, killer sound quality and a lot of power to boot. This one is in good condition. Functionally it is 100% perfect. It will be shipped to you for 22 dollars.
