**This is a very nice item and I hate to part with it. The vinyl is MINTY, MINTY, MINTY! You'd be hard-pressed to find one of these in better shape.**
Hard economic times have forced me to sell my personal collection of rare records (my loss, your gain).
The sleeve is in EX+ condition. Very slight ring and corner wear. Seams intact.
The vinyl is in NM condition.
There is no insert.
This record has been in my collection for 18 years, and received TLC.
