An original 1962 Cliff Richard/Dick Clark signed contract for an appearance on Dick Clark's "American Bandstand" TV programme.

On one of several promotional trips to the USA over the lengthy careers of Cliff Richard and The Shadows, Cliff Richard appeared on the prestigious, youth-orientated TV programme in Philadelphia, to promote the film "The Young Ones", renamed "It's Wonderful To Be Young" for the States.

It was on this trip that they visited Elvis' Graceland home, only to find that he was away - and were shown around the house by Vernon - Elvis' father.

Some interesting details on this standard AFTRA engagement contract - Dick Clark's counter signature in green fountain pen ink, and the fee paid with date.
