Donated by online gallery www.back2thewall.co.uk this is a stunning copy of an original Brian Bignell photograph of a very young Cliff Richard enjoying a cuppa during a tea break whilst filming Ready, Steady Go in the 60’s. This 36” x 26” canvas print stretched on a box frame is made absolutely unique as it will be personally signed by Sir Cliff and dedicated to suit the buyer (any message of your choice). Brian Bignell is renowned for his superb behind the scenes photography of the greats of rock and pop from the 60’s. The 60’s in Colour collection, of which this is one of the most impressive and most natural poses showing a young, relaxed Cliff. He has joined forces with artist/photographer Diane Thornton to produce some stunning colourised effects from Brian's original Black and White photographs of well known sixties groups and solo artists taken from 1963-1966. With Diane's knowledge and her attention to detail, the result is a wonderful collection of rejuvenated artwork, joining today's technology with yesterday's years.
