Description
Opus Avantra: "Donella Del Monaco" 1974, Italy/Trident TRI 1006. Disc is M- on side two, side one has a long hairline scratch running across the first three tracks which is lightly audible in a few spots, plays mostly M- but there are a few ticks, it gets a VG+ grade. Gatefold cover has sticker remains on the back, some evidence of sticker removal on the front at the bottom, a split in the center of the bottom seam, a Peters Import sticker on the front, still VG. Has the SIAE stamp on the side two label, trail-off numbers are machine-stamped, this is an original! Massively rare avant-garde progressive LP, it's gotta be the rarest on Trident as I've had several copies of Semiramis but never had one of these before. Operatic female vocals by Donella, wacky band that explores everything from parlour folk to heavy progressive rock, mysterious cover pics... it's a pretty killer LP for the right ears.

I pack/ship once a week, usually on Friday. I use sturdy cardboard boxes designed for shipping records, and I remove the disc from the cover to prevent seam splits during shipment.
